**Cancellations Made with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice:

This will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

**No-Show Policy:**

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full price of the booked service. This amount must be settled before your next appointment.

**Deposit Refunds:**

If you cancel within our guidelines, your deposit can either be used next appointment or converted into store credit.
